I sure don't know what will happen with the hogs and have been wrong for a long time, but as DH says, even a broken clock is correct twice a day!

I live on the border with Mexico. When Trump was elected - I thought "there goes the market to Mexico". As is often the case the commodity market works backwards. Mexico was afraid NAFTA would be canceled so they started buying pork like there would be no more!! Now they appear to be moving away from our corn & pork markets. Now I believe there could be concern about a trade war and shortage of workers at packing plants. If all illegals get deported, I know there will be a shortage!

Spike, if my thinking is as correct as it has been you should start buying hogs & cattle tomorrow in masse!!
