ITZ, have you been watching the june cattle/hog spread? At 48 cents now. I know cattle numbers will be way down, but will demand slow with possible recession and inflation ? I love beef, but a whole boneless pork loin on the smoker at $1.99 / lb isn't too bad ! Maybe pork demand will increase with less money to throw at beef?
