Is anyone trading spreads ? I used to have some hog spreads on every day, then when the market went nuts I quit trading them. I have a bunch of Doc's research printed off and saved.Regarding the Q/V spread, he said that historically 11.00 to 15.00 seems to be the appropriate trading range, and on average the past 8 years the spread has gone to cash settlement at +13.46. Today the spread closed at +4.475. I think that soon, I'll be buying the spread. I haven't been watching it, but it is in the lower end of the trading range now.
