to be patient for my plans to get serious about restarting my tiny hog farm in the market. I'm waiting for my seasonal cycle reversal early July. The seasonal cycle reversal for the July 1 timeframe has been a mainstay for hog market timing choices for well over 10 years. At this moment I don't know if I'll be a buyer or seller but I will be using the Oct contract for my trades, maybe Aug depending on how it sets up. I do have a bias for Oct. The July seasonal cycle reversal has been one of my most consistently correct choice for a timing tool that I have used in all my years of trading hogs.

My Rules of Engagement for picking the reversal direction bet, simply boils down to a market in a 4 week or longer Up Trend will be ready to reverse to a substantial Downtrend around that July 1st timeframe +/- two weeks for a fake out psych play. The other option is a market in a 4 week or longer Downtrend will be ready to reverse to a substantial Uptrend around that July 1st timeframe +/- two weeks for a fake out psych play. I have to believe this current Downtrend will still be in place by July 1st and the Rules of Engagement dictate that it Does Not have to notch new lows, just has to be in the Downtrend range. The Oct contract is certainly due a Counter Seasonal Rally and with the thoughts of pigs stricken with Cement Burn Deaths recently, there is going to be a big marketing hole at some point. The setup is certainly in place for Oct hogs to receive a Counter Seasonal Rally Gift. Hopefully I can withstand the volatility of a psych trap when I place my bets and also receive a nice Gift myself. A Counter Seasonal Rally for Oct hogs could be substantial. The Aug contract also tends to be gifted with a tremendous Launch once or twice each decade also.

It's just a silly Hallucination that I've been tormented by for several weeks and it keeps getting stronger and louder. I can't ignore it anymore so I'm getting my betting funds together and making plans for an excitement/anxiety combo soon. I can't stand this boring corn market much longer.
