to make the extra $$$$ with extra effort trading rather than selling and managing producer risk but my risk increases when I push trading harder. It also increases the error factor. So I view my job as a win win situation that does have it short comings for the sales aspect. I do enjoy working for and with 99% of my clients. It gives me a sense of purpose and I do make a difference that they benefit from. So many producers just don't have the time or knowledge to make good unemotional marketing choices. Too much coffee shop talk to deal with and too many experts.
