for my cattle/hog spread. Grabbed the short June cattle/long June hogs for a 38.80 spread. I hope this one doesn't get the leaks the 32.50 spread gave me. That has to be the biggest challenge I've ever had with that spread, keeping it afloat. A new fresh boat does wonders for the mental state. I've often found that once a guy states bailing water, I'm better off to abandon ship and look for a new boat. I bailed water too long on that one------I'm surprised I escaped donation free.

I'm usually not that lucky but I usually don't get that stubborn trying to keep it afloat. The last time I got stubborn with a leaky spread trade, it cost me my shirt, pants, and every stitch of clothing I owned. I was starting to see possible reruns of that episode. I still have faith that the cattle/hog spread will still deliver the usual $10 prize.
