Good evening DH, I am going to quote an idea or two I read this afternoon. (I don't know what hogs will do on Monday but I am sure ready if they go up)!!

Dennis Smith - I'm not seeing anything that tells me this market will change it's stripes from down trend into uptrend. The huge corn crop coming down the pipe is bearish.
There's a story circulating that Russia is fighting another outbreak of African Swine Fever. This could become very serious and it could force Russia back to the world pork market. If this happens it would be bullish.

Hightower, Terry Roggensack - In years similar to this year, cheap prices in late summer help stimulate demand. In 2009 the market fell to contract lows on August 18th and rallied into Nov.
Suggest buying Dec hogs at 52.32 with an objective of 59.80. Risk 120 points from entry.

I have Dec bought along with Oct and Feb!! I still remember what Blind Hog said when we were trading bellies! "We have to be nuts to be doing this"
