that my fundamentally driven bias to get short the QQQs going into cash settlement was correct.

But -

It is or may be a totally different story when it comes to being short the VVVs. At least we are no longer dealing with a ten-point plus "Gap" and the index will most likely do its part in more "Gap" closure on Monday. Now I wait and worry over the weekend about having the market claw back some of the money I thought was safely tucked away.
