If 1 1/3 billion people begin to consume something, that can have a big impact that's for sure. I'm sure the group that bought Smithfield were well aware of the export potential when they cut that deal.

I have sold some V/Z spreads. If exports begin to take off before the VVVs expire, I may be in a world of hurt. On the other hand, if exports wait until the heavy late fall kill arrives, I may be all right.

It doesn't look like you are going to get your "Buys" quite yet.
