I don’t see any significant slump in pork demand or prices after the July 4 holiday. Maybe the Polar Vortex gives outdoor comfort to all the back-yard BBQ-ers. Humans may be eating faster at the same time hogs are gaining faster (as opposed to the normal summer heat/humidity).
