shows that packers have 8.6% more hogs scheduled than on this date last year. Further more the kill this week is coming in +9.06% higher than the same week last year. It appears there are quite a few more hogs than the H&P report estimated. And they are still coming in somewhat heavier than one year ago.

I see cattle are locked limit down. I was expecting them to test the old high of 172.75. I'm one lucky-duck to have bought the Feb Cattle/Hog spread and grabbed my profit target and called it a day.
