That could boost my April longs $2 higher before the end of the week. I don't believe the packers are that short bot or even that Stupid. With April at my target high area of 167.00 to 167.50 but not supposed to get here until mid April.

My plan was to protect my April profits with short June so that's what I did. I had a target mapped out for the 160.50/160.60 so I threw the order in @ 160.50 for myself and several clients to spread against half of our long April. By mid April I will sell more June if/when we take profits on our long April. I want to be out of the long April by the 17th-20th out of fear of a negative cycle hitting the cattle hard going into early to mid May. I would prefer a contract high when we get to mid April but it may not be much higher than what we have right now.
