THE SOCRATES PREMIUM DAILY COMMENTARY, CATTLE FUTURES (CME) AS OF THE CLOSE
OF Fri. Jan. 21, 2022: Cattle Futures (CME) closed today at 14210 and is trading up about 1.71% for the year
from last year's settlement of 13970.

OUR CURRENCY CORRELATION MODELS

The Cattle Futures (CME) did make a high in conjunction with the British pound on 01/17 yet in nominal
terms the last high was created on 01/19 whereas the high in Australian dollar took place on 01/21, a high in
the Canadian dollar was established on 01/12, a high in the Japanese yen was established on 01/18, a high in
the Swiss franc was established on 01/18, a high in the Euro was established on 01/05, and a high in the
Chinese yuan was 01/14.

In terms of a Basket of Currencies, we see that here this market has declined both in nominal and basket terms.
In international terms, we have a divergence whereby this market last reached a high in nominal terms on
01/19before the high in terms of a basket of currencies which came on 01/20 suggesting that that this
immediate rally is purely in currency terms.

DAILY TIMING ARRAY PERSPECTIVE

Mon. 24th with the opposite trend implied thereafter into Tue. 25th which is a Directional Change.
On the Daily Level, our first target for a turning point is Mon. 24th with the opposite trend implied thereafter
into Tue. 25th which is a Directional Change (NOTE: this can be intraday or on a closing basis).
The strongest target in the Daily array is Wed. 26th for a turning point ahead, at least on a closing basis. There
are 6 Daily Directional Change targets starting from Fri. 21st to Thu. 3rd suggesting a choppy coiling period
for 4 Days. We also see a convergence in the Array with both the Directional Change and Panic Cycle lining
up for the same target of Wed. 2nd. This intensifies the importance of this target as an event on the horizon. It
does appear we have a choppy period starting Mon. 24th until Thu. 27th, but we do have a key target arriving
also on Wed. 26th with each target producing the opposite direction for that 4-day period. However, given that
Wed. 26th is a very strong target, this can produce an important event. This is particularly true since the next
interval is also a Directional Change. Thereafter, we see the next target coming into play as Thu. 3rd until Fri.
4th with again each target producing the opposite direction for that 2-day period. There are 6 Daily Directional
Change targets starting from Fri. 21st to Thu. 3rd suggesting a choppy coiling period for 4 Days. We also see a
convergence in the Array with both the Directional Change and Panic Cycle lining up for the same target of
Wed. 2nd. This intensifies the importance of this target as an event on the horizon. Don't forget, a Directional
Change can also be a sharp dramatic move in the same direction, not just a change in direction.
