I am trying to go short the cattle today and it may be a mistake!!

I am buying more hogs today & that may be a mistake also! Following is what I just got from my broker regarding hogs

Hogs are a dog. It appears the technicians are focused on driving Jun hog futures downward to fill a gap on the chart. The gap will be filled on a trade to 10970. I’m not impressed with the hog market and this has kept me from pouring more money into new positions. I’m hearing that cash is going to be higher and that product is mixed. Hams are weak, bellies uneven and all retail pork is higher. Hog futures are very frustrating
