12/13/19 was up a paltry +0.03 to 59.82. The cash settlement index for the ZZZs is 59.81. The GGGs are now trading premium to the component by 10.78.

The six-day moving average carcass weight eased to 216.33#. That is +2.16# yr/yr. Index hogs wee down a little at 213.96#. Packer hogs are heavier than the non-packer hogs by +1.62#.

There was one long Z/G spread left on my boat Friday and that left me short one GGG pig this morning. I quickly covered it the first thing this morning on the dip. I'm plenty happy that I did that. My decision was entirely based on the fundamental data.
