I learned somewhere that outside bars have a tendency to be tested.

If it plays out as a temp low...then you would expect a reaction-high near the red price flow lines...then a move lower to make new lows.

I try to take the bias out by drawing lines off of pivots...then playing off the lines. The Monthly chart sets the trend...A look at the monthly chart is telling me that this market would have to really get bullish to change the trend...
