10/28/19 was down -0.59 and the model projects the component on yesterday's kill will drop between -0.40 and -0.70.

The final report showed that packers only purchases 87.4% of the moving average daily purchase of total hogs and 88.8% on the index hogs. It seems to me that packers are becoming a bit sloppy in some of their reports to the USDA lately especially as it pertains to the negotiated hogs in the afternoon and early morning reports.
