8/27/19 was down -1.99 and the model projects the component on yesterday's kill will drop between -1.00 and -1.30. The index seems to be on a slippery slope downhill being pushed along by the collapse in the belly market.

Packers purchased 95.2% of the daily moving average of total hogs and 90.4% on the index hogs. Those are mostly "Usual" numbers for a Tuesday.
