I still buy some, and sell some. There are times I've bought an option that really took off, and I made more than if I'd sold an out of the money put or call. When I sell, I sell WAY out of the money. I don't like a lot of risk. Looking at the Z19 hogs trading around $65. The IV is 48.3%. I might sell the $46 put for$430 and sell the $100 call for $400. Still 4 months left on them , so selling V19 with 8 weeks left might be better.
