The other day i asked what % of the cutout change effects the index value and you wrote back to me on how to calculate the index which i already know how to do and then over the weekend you said the index would not drop as much do to the rise in the cutout value.
So how much does the cutout change the value of the index from day to day? Is there a ratio of cutout to cash that effects the index value?
