for me to come up with any profits lately, however the V/Z spreads gave me a most welcome gift yesterday and that made a dent in the lumps I took when I lightened my load of the 2020 futures. It appears that the trade war is getting worse instead of better so 2020 may be a long, hard year for hog producers. The kill this week and the hog purchases are coming in very weak. If that means the USDA OVER counted hogs, it would really be welcome news for the producers.
