It looks like kill next week kill is 2400 and that's about 4.7% bigger then a year ago and weights are as of today 4.7 ibs. greater then a year ago . Some think we are killing the over supply and that is why aug is 6.05 over july right now and some think exports will happen some time soon. Aug is usually 2-3 under the index this time of the year. The last two expiration June and July have tanked. So people are betting on over killing in the supply and exports. USDA just reported biggest number on record and pig per litter 3.5% greater then a year ago. In my eyes this market depends on export business coming in to save this market.
