3/21/19 was up 1.69 to 63.22. The JJJs are now trading premium to the component by 15.33. That just seems quite a bit too wide to me but I don't dare short the JJJs.

The 6+day moving average carcass weight was up mildly to 215.05. That is exactly the same as one-year ago. Index hogs were also a bit heavier at 213.40#. Packer hogs are heavier than the non packer hogs by +4.48# and packers are continuing ship more hogs than they did last year.

I decided to take a little money to the bank on the deferred contracts and some calendar spreads were loaded and unloaded to add a little to my margin. I will be able to relax this weekend.
