2/7/19 was down -0.72 and the model projects the component on yesterday's kill will drop between -0.40 and -0.70. This down trend may be telling us that the March "Wash-out" that ITZ talks about is coming early this year.

Packers purchased only 71.7% of the moving average daily purchases of total hogs and 81.4% on total hogs. My thinking is that the purchases were low because packers were NOT wanting hogs. They have too much pork to peddle already.
