and also contradicting at times, to trade and also do the Risk Management advice for clients. So often I tell clients to hedge and then I'm forced to be a buyer due to my own trading guidelines. The new clients seem to be bothered by it until I have a chance to educate them on different strategies for managing trade risk. It usually takes a year for those willing to learn before the light goes on for some understanding of why I do what I do. Too many are not willing to learn the up and down process of price discovery due to their focus on trade profits when their focus should be on not making too big of a Donation when wrong.

I come across a lot of guys that seem to have it all figured out but still want me to tell them the buy and sell zones to perfection. Most traders that refuse to be educated have a problem with a Damage Control plan and walk away in frustration due to huge losses that are my fault because I didn't twist their arm hard enough for Damage Control. Those that are willing to learn usually stay faithful clients. Retirement is the main reason for loss of clients but some of them continue on as spec traders. The Risk Management clients are my bread and butter. I would starve if it wasn't for the Risk Management guys.
