1015/18 was down -0.43 to 68.32. It appears that we have now resumed the "Normal" fall down trend in hog prices. I will be surprised if we break trough the low of 45.30 posted on 9/1/18 but, hey, this is the hog market and it can dish out surprises.

I am still long the summer futures and am buying dips and selling rallies - not very effectively but I do get a few done.

I have decided to move my trading desk to Phoenix and have it mostly packed up and will be absent the forum for about a week or ten days. Good luck to all you hog traders as we move through the end of October.
