Update on my Oct options. I had purchased both puts and calls waiting to see which way it looked like it was going. When the market started heading up, I sold the puts for a small loss and kept the calls. I started selling them too soon , but had a pretty good profit that I didn't want to lose. I only have one left and it is in the money pretty good. Time to start on the Dec hogs. Had an offer in to buy a single put this morning but cancelled it when I checked the markets from the combine while picking corn. Corn is yielding very well and is dry for this time of the year. Most is around 17% moisture
