first meal of the day to be breakfast regardless of when it comes or what it is. That way I can have three meals a day although some days I get started eating and eat a little here and a little there and they all run together so it is almost like one meal lasting the whole day. And I eat anything unless it moves. Then I hit it with a stick and then eat it. Yesterday I gathered up some weeds (Lambs Quarter aka Pigweeds and Amaranth aka Red-Rooted Pigweeds) and mixed them with turnip, Swiss Chord, Broccoli leaves and beet greens. Google and the other medical advise I get says that should be good for the heart and circulatory system, the brain, liver, spleen, skin, bones, toe nails, eyes, hearing, kidneys, digestive system and put hair on my chest. I wouldn't have been able to get it down without soaking it with vinegar.
