you will get a chance to fish the other end of the pond sometime between now and 7/16/18 when the NNNs go to cash settlement. With the NNNs trading premium of 6.74 to the component, it will take an average daily component gain of 0.24 to close that "Gap". On average over the past 11-years the index has gained 2.68 from this date until cash settlement. In 2014 the index did gain 11.19 however in 2011 it lost -2.11. We are in for some exciting times.
