It all depends on how much producers have expanded and/or expanding. Perhaps the H&P report later this month will give us a clue. I do not believe the Hog Cycle has been repealed and it has been quite a while since we have had a significant "Wash out". As you know, prices almost always dribble lower in the fall and if an over-supply surfaces we head lower.

It is not possible to know what will happen in the future but that does not preclude one from making money in the futures markets with a sound trading plan that is well executed.
