4/17/18 was up +0.88 and the model projects that the component on yesterday's kill will jump between +0.40 and +0.70. We are now on an up-trend and the "Gap-Closing-Dance" is now under way for the KKKs.

And there is quite a "Gap" to close.

Packers purchased a lot of hogs yesterday: 107.8% of the moving average purchases of total hogs and not so many index hogs 95.6%.
