with small profits, profits are the only way to get the bank account to grow. Slower than desired but my experience with being focused on large profits, had a habit of giving me the opposite. Losses never seem to be small. I deal with many that seem to get more upset with leaving some on the table, than they are with losses. I spend a lot of time lecturing on the importance of managing trade risk and the focus to be on keep your losses low. Many just don't get it until its too late. I have a hard time understanding the foolishness of some peoples kids.
