a similar timeframe map for a low to be in place, late this week or next week but my map is not drawn up on seasonals. The seasonals do bring an influence to the map making but the seasonals also have a very wide timeframe of influence depending on which contract is being looked at. The Feb contract has a history of psychotic behavior, so it all sounds good to get yourself long since the time for a bottom is so close at hand. It's never that simple(as you very well know) your Battle Scars would probably make mine look like paper cuts. The obvious would suggest the 66.25-66.50 area should prove to be support-------unless the spread narrowing that is working on the premium Feb has over Dec decides that Feb needs to tag the lean index as Dec expires.

What if, this game of tag, makes the Lean Index decides to turn the chase into a 5 day southbound sprint after Dec expires on Thursday? It would not surprise me to see some bottom pickers get pushed into the woodshed for a $3 beating, going into next Fridays Hog & Pig Report. I may regret, what I did for my battle hardened hedgers(added another 10% @ 66.95) at the open this morning, tabling plans for taking profits for some of our hedges at the 66.50 area. After burning the 1:00 am oil last night, I went to bed with the crazy Hallucination that the downside would not be satisfied until it planted a Kiss on the 65.25 mark to complete a very long drawn out ABC correction off of the Nov 1st 73.30 contract high. At that time, if its chasing the Lean Index, it may not be able to tag it until 63.00-64.00. We do have our Damage Control in place, so we won't hurt ourselves too bad if my Hallucination proves to be a late night brain fog due to poor sleep habits.

It's good to hear you had a very good year, you deserve it. I can well imagine the high anxiety price you pay to play this game. It's funny how so many think its so easy, just because we sit in front of our screens half the day and have some idea of what's going on. I'm always having to explain to people that there is a Big Difference between "What's Going On Now and Knowing What Will Happen Next", it boils down to an educated Lucky Guess. You win some and you lose some, the problem is how you handle the losers. I run into a lot of traders that just can't handle being wrong.
