about all I trade. Sometimes when ITZ gives me the signal, I will do a cattle/hog spread. In the bonds I buy cash bonds, hedge them with futures and seek to enhance the yield by selling option premium. Currently it appears that the FED is on a tightening policy, so I have sold a few calls, and a bunch of puts. I covered most of the puts with short futures. The short options are very short-term usually with less than ten-days to expiration. The premium decay today was very kind to me. That is not always the case.

Any more in the hogs I mostly do calendar spreads. Right now my inventory is getting a little low and I have to keep the boat loaded in order to accommodate someone who needs or wants the spreads more than I.

Best wishes,

dhm
