I'm suspecting that those behind the new plants took steps to line up both supply for hogs and sales of pork in substantial quantities before committing to building the plants. That doesn't mean they got it right but it may mean they have it buttoned -down to a manageable level. Today seems to be validating your bullish sentiment, Spike.

If it turns out to be a "Fun Time" for half of the traders, it will be painful for the other half. I just hope I can be spread out enough to avoid being in the "Pain" group.
