6/30/17 was DOWN -0.05 TO 91.68. That is a surprise considering what the model was projecting. On the other hand not so surprising since packers will be killing few hogs tomorrow. The NNNs are trading discount to the component by -0.93 and the QQQ are way down there with a discount of -7.61.

The six-day moving average carcass weight was steady at 207.22# That is -1.96# yr/yr. Index hogs were up a little at 207.30# and packer hogs were -1.65# lighter than non=packer hogs.

Scalping the NNNs using the model as a trading tool has worked this morning. Nothing big but it does keep the lights on.
