Re: That's an interesting comparison

for our different but similar trading styles. One thing I believe stands out very similar, is neither one of us can stand much pain. I take it a step further by not being able to stand much anxiety. I always find it interesting, there are so many different ways to approach the markets and still be successful.

I deal with a handful of guys that consistently make the right choices and we all go about it in different ways and different markets but none of us will allow the market to TAKE too much DONATION from us. They deal with more volume and risk than I do but their donations are also more than mine. They don't trade as often or as regular as I do so their donations aren't as frequent as mine but since they have deeper pockets than myself, a $5000 donation 2-3 times a year is no different than my $500 donation that hits me 2-3 times a month. They don't have to deal with all of the sucker break even trades either.

A couple of these guys have even tried the hog market with their trading strategy and walk away with disgust every time. They tell me I'm crazy trading this market but I always tell them there's a flaw in their thought processor that's the cause of their failure. There is something special about the hog markets consistent cycle timing rotation that no other market offers. It's all about timing for any successful trade.
