6/2/17 was unchanged and the model projects that the component on the 6/2/17 kill will be up between +0.05 and +0.35. Packers still have an inventory of more expensive hogs that will most lilely be mildly supportive of the index for a day or two.

Packers made a very large purcchase of Index hogs on Friday at 123.4% of the moving average daily purchases. There may be a little holiday "Catch-up" but it also indicates that index hog producers were willing sellers.

This morning on the dip I bought another MMM pig and now I am wondering if I really wanted more.
