continued its decline and now stands at 214.25#. That's +9.50# year-over-year. Packer hogs are now more than 1.0# lighter than non-packer hogs. It wasn't very long ago that packer hogs were about two pounds heavier than non-packer hogs. It appears that packers are killing their hogs at a fairly fast clip.

Hog supplies are tight, that's for sure.
