due to packer submission problems. From the afternoon reports, the model projects it will be down again and the component on yesterday's kill will slip between -0.30 and -0.60. The afternoon reports are not quite as reliable as the final reports the next morning but we have to use what we have available. It continues to look like packers are continuing to hack away at their bid prices. Weakening cut outs don't help. Since 3/1/17 cutouts have fallen 7.07 and force packers to bid lower.
