Something fishy-----

is starting to stimulate my hallucinatory process. I haven't had time to research the items catching my attention but it seems a bit odd that April now has a deficit to Feb. Maybe its just a temporary thing but the June premium over front month is now only $8 which could also be a temporary thing. It makes me wonder if its a cautionary clue that the smart money may be seeing the same thing I'm seeing and may be more interested in being sellers than buyers. In past bullish situations, June gets all of the attention and easily carries a $10-$12 premium over front month. Maybe in a few days June gets its 10-12 dollar premium back.

Soon approaching my Time & Price cycle barrier I have had and been waiting for the mid Feb time frame for the completion of this very productive Super Ball bounce off the bottom. The Feb contract mid June high to mid Oct low(4 months) for a top to bottom free fall plunge of $17.65. That's 3 1/2 $5 addiction price ranges. During that time futures outran cash the whole way down. When cash finally caught up with the board, the board was working on building the bottom base. Now mid Oct to coming expiration of the Feb contract in mid Feb gives us another Time & Price cycle of 4 months with the same possible addictive $5 range x 3 to 3.5 as cash has finally caught up to the board.

This is why I was so strongly against producers hedging their Feb production and being patient to go after the worthy April hedges as April becomes front month. April has a consistent track record of copying what the previous Oct contract played for the final 30-40 days of being front month-------it's known as the March Washout. Will it be a mild $5 washout, the most used $10 washout, or the record production/loss of demand 12-15 dollar washout. My hallucinations are telling me to pick door #2 for the $10 washout. The next 2-3 weeks should give us a $5 topping range between 68.00-73.00( the load & unload shuffle) to set up the roll over trigger. That's the hallucination I'm going with, sell orders for my hedgers @ 71.40-72.80. I haven't picked my place to get onboard the coming southbound, since I want to play the load & unload shuffle for awhile. When I start getting days swamped with thoughts of "Get Long", I'll know its time to buy my ticket.
