9/21/12 fell by 0.45 to 60.25. There is still plenty of "Gap" with the VVVs under the component by -6.03.

The 6-day moving average carcass weight firmed to 210.17#. That is only -0.02# year/year. It looks like we are about to turn heavier year/year. That's what we need - more pork! Both packer and non-packer hogs were up about 1/3 pound. Index hogs were steady at 208.94#.

This morning i was able to meet profit target on 6 short V/Z spreads. It felt good to get them off my boat and make room for something else. Still have a few short V/Z to play with and may even decide to pile some back on if the price is right.

I have a bunch of long G/J spreads that are starting to be worrisome.
