Hello Itz, and thanks for info. Today was the first day in some time that I felt I had my sea legs back! I still have my long ZZZ's & GGG's plus I made some profitable day trades today!

Longer term I believe the hogs will go down and make new lows, however it's not easy staying ahead of the curve.
