As you know, I am long on data although I don't often try to trade fundamentally because I have found that when I get a directional bias, the market goes the opposite direction. But the fundamentals seem to be so compelling that I took a short directional trade in the VVVs and sure enough, the market went the opposite direction.

The data still seems too strong to ignore so I pulled my Stetson down over my ears and am hanging on for a very bumpy ride. So far I really don't like the ride..

However -

The day is not over and tomorrow will be a new day - - - - and maybe a new round of being blistered and the ride is not as bad as it was earlier in the day.
