are insiders, how else could they afford to pay ridiculous prices above 120.00 for 4 months of production based on a RUMOR that there would be a shortage of pork in 2014 if they didn't know they would catch the southbound train of profits on the ride back down to 60.00. Then know they could hold the payout price to producers down in the 60.00 or should I say 1/2 price area for a year. Now that we have record production and the 9 year cycle low just around the corner, when they are ready, we will see sub $60 hogs for another 6 months. What they pay the producers is irrelevant, when they control price direction for whenever they decide the time is ripe.
