delighted to hear that you were able to profitably cash in your short QQQs. I was a bit worried about your trade. The numbers on the H&P report and the kill for the past three weeks are just out of harmony with each other. The USDA says there are 1.2% more 180# plus hogs. Today the USDA revised last weeks kill downward and that cuts the kill for the last three weeks to -0.92% below the same period last year.

That is more than a 2.0% variation from where we ought to be.

Now the question, Dewey, "Since the numbers are pointing to fewer hogs than the USDA says AND your thinking that hogs are going to jump a couple of points, why are you not buying a QQQ or two to ride up the bounce you are thinking that is coming?"
