6/9/16 was up 0.45 to 80.64 cutting the "Gap" to 1.39 with three days of data to get us to the cash settlement index for the MMMs. I rode a couple of short MMMs overnight which turned out all right.

The 6-day moving average carcass weight was steady at 213.20# and that is -0.78# year/year. Producers seem to fairly well stocked with hogs and packers are keeping their bids firm. This suggests that packers are moving the product just fine.
