Re: DH, I wish I had an answer

for when but I've been reminded the last 3 weeks how exhausting and costly bottom picking guesses for WHEN can be. Luckily my low pain tolerance has saved me from a beating. My fishing boat is back in the waters and my lines are cast on both ends of todays pond. I snagged a pair on the north end @ 94.45 and banked 1 of them @ 95.05 with the precautionary thought that sucker fish may be all that bites today. The big ones like to feed Wed & Thurs. Some will ask "if you think they are sucker fish WHY BOTHER risking a loss on a sucker fish"? I've found that when I start picking and choosing the high percentage dictates that I will pick the losers and pass on the winners. I have enough confidence in the momentum energy to know I can get some profit on 1 and play the other with set risk parameters for 60 minutes to discern if its a sucker or one that has better rewards. I have to cast my lines to catch every momentum break that happens to catch the ones worth catching because I have no idea on the first bite if it is a sucker or trophy. My cut it loose stop is at 94.02 but I'm getting the itch to take what I have to the bank here at 94.90.

I will continue to work my sell stops on the south end @ 92.50 and may move them up to 92.85 at some point. Still looks like the BIG ONES are still at the south end but that thought is probably brought on by the mind games the market likes to play. I have to believe the trap is being set for the BIG ONES to make a move to the north end of the pond. The parameters are now set for Oct hogs to put in another $5 run when/if it gets a weekly close above 95.05. A $10 retracement rally off of the bottom, wherever that comes in at is in the build the launching pad stage. Will there be 1 more bottom test or new low before the launch? Probably, I have to think so because that last drop is usually the springboard that gives the lift off. Last Thursdays low does fall into that category and as usual bottom picking had exhausted me as I decided NO MORE BOTTOM PICKING. The market is SO-O-O-O GOOD at playing these mind games.
