Re: Dewey, looks like you

got a bit of relief the last hour. I don't know if the market will let you hold onto it. I'm really glad I had that little chat with everyone yesterday. It made me realize I need to concentrate on doing what works and not be greedy trying to get it all. I dumped my bottom picking positions at break even and took the patience route by throwing out my fishing lines to see what I could snag. I was rewarded for my patience, the fishing has been great. I took in a pair of BIG ONES off of 92.50 stops risking the usual 50-60 cents. to my surprise I picked up a second pair at 92.95 before I had time to even feel good about hauling in the first pair. My trip to THE BANK orders were setting at 94.00 and 94.50. I had them hauled in about as fast as I knew I had set the hook. Sometimes patience is a VIRTUE which has its rewards but I will always struggle with having the correct amount of patience along with the problem of breaking the rules. Born a risk taker I have to put up with and control the negative aspects that are part of the package.

I can only dream of ALWAYS throwing out my fishing lines and taking in a haul like this. I guess sleep is good for something. Once in awhile dreams do become reality. The volatility is what I love about the hog market.
