4/18/16 was UP +$0.72 AND the model projects that the component on yesterday's kill will jump between +0.25 and +0.55. Actually I was not expecting that much firmness to the Purchase Index and I think maybe most traders were not either because it lit a fire under the KKKs and I was able to get two more of the long K/M spreads off my boat and make another trip to the bank this morning. I'm starting to get lean on the long K/M spreads. Fortunately I have a bunch more of some other spreads to worry-over.

Packers made a fairly good purchase yesterday with their firm bids. They purchased 96.7% of the moving average.
